Privacy Policy

We keep your data to a minimum. We collect only what is needed to run your streaming tools, and we never sell your data. We connect to your TikTok stream through its public data only, we never ask for your TikTok password, and we never access your private messages or private account information. One exception you should know about: if you enable the chat-bot features, which post in chat as an account you choose, you sign that account in from the desktop app on your own machine, and we store its session token encrypted, use it only to post on that account’s behalf, and delete it as soon as you unlink.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the following:

• Account information: your email address, used to create and sign in to your account
• Your preferences: language, theme, and the tool and overlay settings you create
• Your public TikTok account: linked through TikTok’s own official Login Kit (OAuth) with the single scope user.info.basic, which returns your public id, display name and avatar — your password never passes through us
• Public events from your live stream: gifts, likes, comments, follows, and viewer activity — used to power your on-stream tools
• Payment status: when you subscribe, our payment provider only confirms the transaction — we do not store your card details
• A bot account session — only if you enable the bot features: the session token of the account you link for posting in chat, captured from the desktop app with your consent and stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM); it is never displayed back in the interface and never shared with anyone

We do not collect your TikTok password, your private data on the platform, or any information beyond what is needed to run the Service. The bot account session above is the only credential of its kind, and it is collected only if you enable that feature yourself.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Run your streaming tools and display alerts and overlays on your screen
• Manage your account and subscription
• Respond to support requests and send important Service notices
• Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or trade your information. We share it only to the narrow extent needed to run the Service:

• Service providers that run our infrastructure and process payments
• Our live-connection provider (EulerStream): it receives the public events of your live stream — gifts, comments, likes and follows — and passes them to us so your tools can run. We send it only your public TikTok username, never your email or your account data here. We state this plainly because TikTok does not offer these real-time events through an official API to any third party, and the official Login Kit above does not cover them
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Service and its users

4. Data Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage, and access restricted to authorized staff on a need-to-know basis. While we do our best to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as language and theme). We do not use them for advertising tracking.

6. Your Control

You can update your account information at any time from settings, or request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. When you delete your account, your data is removed within a short period, except for what we must keep by law (such as billing records).

7. Changes & Contact
