Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with the TIKLIVEPRO platform (“the Service”, “the Platform”, or “we”), a suite of tools built for TikTok LIVE streamers. Please read these Terms carefully, as they form a binding legal agreement between you and TIKLIVEPRO. Together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, these Terms constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Service.

Who You Are Contracting With

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using it in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or another entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

TIKLIVEPRO provides tools and features that help TikTok LIVE streamers enrich their broadcasts and engage their audience, including but not limited to:

• Live stream overlays and widgets
• Text-to-speech and sound alerts
• Chat bot and event-driven automation
• Goals, challenges, supporter rankings, and interactive games
• Social media widgets and custom themes

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. The Service is an assistive tool and does not replace your obligation to comply with TikTok’s own terms and policies.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription or make any payment. The Service may be used from the age of 13 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for any payment made from their account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

With respect to your account, you agree to the following:

• Provide true, accurate, and current information when registering, and keep it updated
• Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with anyone
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Maintain a single account per user, and not create multiple, fake, or automated accounts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach

We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Plans & Subscription Tiers

The Service is offered through a free plan and paid plans that differ in the features available and the applicable limits. The key distinction is as follows:

• Free plan: The free plan provides social media widgets only. All other features — including advanced overlays, text-to-speech, sound alerts, the chat bot, goals, challenges, supporter rankings, games, and advanced themes — require a paid subscription.
• Paid plans: Unlock all or part of the Service’s features according to the plan tier, with higher usage limits. The Plans page details the features and limits included in each plan.

We reserve the right to modify the features, limits, or pricing of any plan at any time. The limits applied to each plan may change as determined by the platform administration.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing, Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

Paid plans require payment of the subscription fee in advance. The following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen) at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings, and you retain full access until the end of the currently paid period
• Published prices are in US dollars: USD 16 per month or USD 149 per year, shown together with any tax due before you complete checkout
• All payments are processed securely by our authorised payment provider acting as Merchant of Record — it is the seller of record for that transaction, collects the payment and any tax due, and issues your invoice. Its name, not ours, may appear on your bank statement. We never store your card details
• We may change prices, plans, or features at any time; price changes do not affect your current paid period
• When your paid subscription ends or is cancelled, your account automatically reverts to the free plan (social media widgets only)

All refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We recommend reviewing the Refund Policy for the cases eligible for a refund, how to submit a request, and the processing timelines.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose. In particular, you must not:

• Break the law or others’ rights, or publish harmful, abusive, or indecent content
• Use the Service to stream illegal content or content that violates TikTok’s policies
• Attempt unauthorized access to, disrupt, or misuse the Service’s infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, share, rent, or transfer your account, subscription, or access to others
• Use unauthorized automated tools or scripts, or bypass or circumvent your plan limits
• Abuse the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our resources or harms other users

Any breach of this section is a material violation of these Terms, upon which we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.

7. Independence from TikTok & Third Parties

TIKLIVEPRO is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or funded by TikTok in any way. The name “TikTok” and its logo are trademarks of their respective owner, and we claim no right to them. Any reference to them is for descriptive and operational-compatibility purposes only.

The Service depends for its operation on the TikTok platform and its public data, a platform outside our control. TikTok may change its interfaces or policies, or block access, at any time and without notice, which may affect the availability or performance of the Service or halt it in whole or in part. TIKLIVEPRO bears no liability for any interruption, malfunction, or loss of access arising from this.

You alone are responsible for complying with TikTok’s terms and policies when using the Service. The Service also relies on other third-party services (such as the payment provider), and we are not responsible for their outages or policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to TIKLIVEPRO — including the name, logo, software, source code, designs, templates, themes, graphics, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected under intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership right is transferred to you under this license, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. User Content & Uploaded Media

The Service may allow you to upload media (images, audio, clips, text) and to create your own overlays and settings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content and remain solely responsible for it and for its lawfulness.

By uploading any content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or hold all rights and licenses necessary to use it
• The content does not infringe any third party’s rights or applicable laws
• The content does not contain harmful, illegal, or abusive material

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content within your overlays, solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem to violate these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will run uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular uptime or level of service, especially given its dependence on the TikTok platform, which may change or become unavailable at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIKLIVEPRO, its officers, and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or reputation — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from third-party services such as TikTok or the payment provider. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke your access to the Service in whole or in part, at any time and with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, in cases of fraudulent or harmful activity, or where required by law.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from settings or by contacting us. Where termination is due to your violation of the Terms, we are under no obligation to refund any amounts paid. The provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or in legal requirements. Any update takes effect as soon as it is posted on this page and the “Last updated” date is changed. Your continued use of the Service after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
